The location of this hotel was great, right in the heart of the city. It made it easy for us to explore and enjoy the Christmas festivities. The fast wifi was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected and share our holiday photos with friends and family back home. Additionally, the cleaning staff were friendly and did a decent job keeping the facilities clean.
Our experience at this hotel was far from pleasant. The room we were given did not match the pictures online, and we were disappointed to find two single beds instead of a big bed.

Excellent location near the National Palace of Culture and Vitosha Boulevard. The apartments are self-catering and come with a TV. Free WiFi throughout the property. Coffee machine and kettle in the room. Shared kitchen available. Metro station within close distance. Shuttle services provided upon request. Bike hire available at the guest house.
Hallway smelled like cat piss.

The room was spacious, clean, and had an excellent heater. Great location. Kind and helpful staff. Cleaning lady always smiling.
Felt totally relaxed, no complaints at all.
